Each customer is informed of fulfillment schedules and expected delivery times by an assigned Czerka Sales Officer, responsible for verifying availability, confirming authorized transactions, and coordinating sourcing from Czerka inventory or compliant partner locations.

To ensure accurate processing, orders are processed only after officer authorization in agreement with the customer. Orders that cannot be confirmed with the customer will be denied and refunded.
All authorized orders are guaranteed by Czerka.


Shipments originate from the EU; international orders may be subject to customs processing, duties, and delays. Liability transfers to the buyer after final EU outpost dispatch.
